About HexcelPack®
Our Story
Sustainability Is Our Mission
Where We Started
From a Simple Idea to a Global Mission
HexcelPack® was founded in 2014 in Sedona, Arizona, with a single conviction: the packaging industry's dependence on single-use plastic was unsustainable, and paper could do the job better.
Our founders developed a patented slit-paper technology that transforms flat kraft paper into a three-dimensional honeycomb structure. This simple innovation unlocked a new category of protective packaging — one that outperforms bubble wrap and foam while being 100% paper-based and recyclable.
Today, HexcelPack® products are used by some of the world's largest e-commerce companies, manufacturers, and distributors. From wrapping wine bottles to crating aerospace components, our honeycomb technology protects products across every industry.
We believe that sustainable packaging isn't a compromise — it's an upgrade. Lighter, stronger, and better for the planet. That's the HexcelPack® promise.
Our Commitment
Built for a Better Planet
Every HexcelPack® product is designed from the ground up to minimize environmental impact. We use only kraft paper — no plastics, no coatings, no adhesives. Our products are recyclable, renewable, and biodegradable.
100% Recyclable
All HexcelPack® products recycle with standard corrugated cardboard. No special sorting, no special facilities.
Renewable Resource
Kraft paper is made from wood pulp — a renewable resource managed through sustainable forestry practices.
Plastic-Free
Zero plastic in any HexcelPack® product. We're committed to eliminating single-use plastic from the packaging supply chain.
