HexaFil dispenses from its center in a spiral formation, creating a bulky void fill that retains its shape and never flattens out, providing optimal cushioning for your products. Simply open the box, remove the paper core, feed the paper through the opening, close the lid, and you're ready to use.

How can I purchase HexaFil?

For smaller orders, HexaFil is available for purchase through our storefront. For larger orders, we encourage you to contact us. A sales rep will work with you to understand your current packing process and provide recommendations on how our products and dispensers can support it. Please note that there are several imitation products on the market, so we encourage you to work with our team to ensure you’re getting sustainable solutions from HexcelPack.

Do you have to use HexaFil and HexcelWrap together?

No, you do not have to use HexaFil and HexcelWrap together, but they complement each other well. Both products share the same slit-sheet design, allowing them to naturally interlock when used together in the same package, ensuring items nestle securely in a stable, locked position. While using them together offers maximum protection during transit, each product can also be used independently.

What is Auto HexaFil?

Auto HexaFil is a fully automatic dispensing solution for HexaFil. It offers cut-to-length functionality, with push-button and foot pedal controls, as well as three programmable settings. This dispenser is ideal for high-speed packing environments.

What is Fil-in-a-Box?

Fil-in-a-Box is our patented manual dispenser for HexaFil, designed to provide a simple way to dispense void fill in various packing environments.

When should I choose the manual dispenser over the automatic one, and vice versa?

Many of our customers find that using a combination of manual and automated dispensers works best for their needs. For example, some customers prefer the manual dispenser so they don’t have to rely on a power source, while others opt for the automated dispenser for its cut-to-length options to streamline efficiencies in larger operations.

Is training required to use either dispensing system?
