RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days for first time orders or damaged goods. Please inspect promptly
To complete your return, you must have purchased from HexcelPack, LLC directly. Please send us an email at customerservice@hexcelpack.com with your first and last name, company and address and the invoice number if you have it. We will send you a UPS return label to place on the box. Please drop the return off at a local UPS store or equivalent.
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your returned item and initiated a refund.
For late or missing refunds (if applicable), please contact customerservice@hexcelpack.com to verify that the refund was processed after seven business days of not receiving it. We will confirm the status of your refund, which may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@hexcelpack.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customerservice@hexcelpack.com, and we will send you a UPS label for the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement item(s).
