Our policy lasts 30 days for first time orders or damaged goods. Please inspect promptly.
To complete your return, you must have purchased from HexcelPack, LLC directly. Please send us an email at customerservice@gmail.com with your name, company and address and the invoice number if you have it. We will send you a UPS return label to place on the box. Please drop the return off at a local UPS store or equivalent.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) contact customerservice@hexcelpack.com to verify that the refund was processed after 7 business days of not receiving the refund. We will confirm that we have. It may take up to 10 business days it to show on your statement online.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@hexcelpack.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@hexcelpack.com and will send back an UPS label for the return. Once received we will send the replacement item(s).
